From April 1st to April 30th,
the trout is celebrated!
Every year, throughout the month of April, the Royal Tourist Information Office of Bouillon organizes the Trout Festival, celebrating the flagship fish of our rivers! The restaurants of Bouillon and its villages offer you the opportunity to savor trout cooked in various ways, such as trout with butter, meunière style, with almonds, Ardennes-style, or with mushrooms.
